How to Use

1. Step 1 - Use alone or apply on top of your favorite combination of Cream Mattes. 
2. Step 2 - Customize your look on your own with these three different techniques:
   A. Lacquer - Coat your lips thoroughly for all around volume and shine.
   B. Strobe - Dab on the center of lips for a subtle strobing effect.
   C. Matte Finish - Apply all over and remove excess gloss by blotting with a tissue to keep only the shimmers on your lips.
1. With Cream Matte- Apply 1 sweep all over our dry Cream Mattes and for brilliant effect!  Blot with tissue for a more shimmer, but less glossy look.
